Subscription Policy Summary

SolaRates operates on a subscription fee model. All subscription payments made to Solarates are generally non-refundable once initiated. Please review the detailed guidelines below.

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription payments made to Solarates are generally non-refundable.

2. Duplicate Transactions

If a user is charged multiple times accidentally for the same subscription, Solarates may review and process eligible refunds.

  • Users must report duplicate transactions within 7 days of payment.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel future subscription renewals anytime from their account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop future billing but:

  • Current subscription validity will remain active until expiry.

4. No Partial Refunds

Solarates does not provide:

  • partial refunds
  • prorated refunds
  • refunds for unused subscription periods

unless legally required.

5. Failed Service Exceptions

In exceptional cases involving:

  • technical payment failures
  • unauthorized transactions
  • verified billing errors

Solarates may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds, if any, may take:

  • 5–10 business days depending on banking/payment gateway timelines.
