• comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. User Conduct

Users must not:

• post fake RFQs or quotations
• misuse platform data
• spam other users
• attempt fraud or payment manipulation
• upload illegal or misleading content

4. Subscription Plans

Solarates may offer:

• free plans
• paid subscriptions
• premium features
• RFQ access limits
• lead unlock systems

Features and pricing may change anytime without prior notice.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways like Razorpay.
• Users agree to pay applicable subscription charges, taxes, and fees.

6. No Business Guarantee

Solarates does not guarantee:

• project awards
• sales conversions
• lead quality
• business outcomes
• RFQ authenticity

Users are responsible for independent verification before entering business transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All Solarates branding, logos, designs, and platform content remain the property of Solarates unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Solarates shall not be liable for:

• business losses
• payment disputes
• delays
• third-party misconduct
• indirect damages arising from platform use

9. Termination Rights

Solarates reserves the right to:

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida.
